Stratex International Plc today announces that following the exercise of share options by an employee, 250,000 ordinary shares have been issued and will be admitted to AIM on Thursday, 20th December. Following the exercise of these options, the total number of shares in issue will be 467,311,276 ordinary shares of 1p each.
